It’s manufactured from Nocellara del Belice and Cerasuola cultivars, harvested by hand picking and mechanical olivefacilities. The oil is cold-extracted.

The olive oil thus obtained is thick and veiled, with a nice green color with golden reflections. It has a good scent of olives with hints of hay and chopped grass.

Tasting the oil it will result savory and elegant, satisfying aromatic qualities. It’s sweet, bitter and spicy.

Thanks to the two cultivars Nocellara and Cerasuola, this oil is a perfect dressing for all dishes, perfect on raw vegetables, soups and fishes.

It should be stored in a cool and dry place, away from heat and light. The expiration date is not less than eighteen months from the day of bottling, however it’s shown on the back label.
